THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD
Pastor Steve Munsey has done it again! Under the inspiration of God, Pastor Munsey introduces a Christian remix of the 1930's American classic "The Wizard of Oz". This masterpiece, originally written by Frank Baum, has been blended with Christian principles and changed into a wonderful play entitled: The Yellow Brick Road!
The Yellow Brick Road will be presented in two parts. Part One Sunday September 10th, all services! On Part ONE of this Illustrated Sermon we will learn about the mind of Christ as we watch the scarecrow's encounter with Dorothy. Sunday September 17 and Part Two, we get to see the Tin Man who represents the courage of Christ and the Lion who represents the courage of Christ. Also, we our proud to present some of the students who attended this past summer's Performing Arts Workshop. These talented actors and actresses will be featured in this production, so when you see this Illustrated Sermon you just have to sit back and relax as the spirit of the Lord is illustrated by the Scarecrow, The Tin Man, and the Lion.
