Cross College
Cross College is being birthed this fall to raise up a new generation of leaders who think creatively, work passionately, and rapidly grow God’s Kingdom. Our vision is to plant churches all over the Midwest, especially Indiana and Illinois, and to equip leaders of ministries within those churches to think out of the box, and impact a new generation for Jesus Christ. We simply want to win the world for Jesus Christ! This is an intensive program of internship and study lasting two years. You will serve alongside staff pastors - we will pour our very best into you. You will be involved in internship from the beginning with structured mentoring and oversight in your field of ministry endeavor. Our staff of pastors and leaders are mature, experienced, and fruitful within their ministries. You will receive impartation from Pastor Steve Munsey, Bishop Frank Munsey, who founded Family Christian Center, Kent Munsey our Executive Pastor, as well as our entire staff. We will provide you detailed, practical training in your chosen field of ministry, opportunity to serve in your chosen field of ministry as an intern with appropriate mentoring, plus of course instruction in God’s Word. At the conclusion of your program you will be ready for your next level of leadership in God’s Kingdom. Our heart will be then to release you into your call-- we will believe God together with you for placement in ministry. Most graduates will be planting new churches or finding positions within existing churches in our network of influence.
