“By filing out the form does not guarantee your date and/or time. Requesting 90 days or more prior to your event date is required. An FCC Event Coordinator will be connecting with you to discuss the details. The event becomes valid only upon completion of a Facility Use Agreement contract and receiving of deposit. FCC reserves the right to accept or deny any requests.”
